Proper nutrition is essential for children's growth, development, and well-being. You can also make mealtime fun and engaging by getting creative with food presentation and preparation. Experimenting with different flavors, textures, and cooking methods can help to keep meals exciting and enjoyable for your child. Encourage your child to help prepare meals and snacks and involve them in age-appropriate kitchen tasks such as washing fruits and vegetables, stirring ingredients, and assembling meals.
