Immunizations
Our practice believes that all children should receive the recommended vaccines according to the guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Vaccines are safe and effective in preventing diseases and health complications in children and young adults. Regular vaccinations help children ward off infection, and are administered as one of the safest and best methods of disease prevention.

Referrals and Authorizations
Children and adolescents often require the services of other specialists. Many insurance companies require our providers to make a referral authorization to a specialist your child may need to see.
After you have made an appointment with a specialist that participates with your insurance, you will want to check your identification card or member benefits information as to whether a referral authorization is needed for the specialist visit. If your insurance company does require a written referral authorization or referral authorization number, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your specialist appointment time.
Please call our office for a referral authorization at (954) 423-2300 or (954) 384-8885, and have the following information:
- Insurance Company Name and ID Number
- Specialist Name
- Specialist Phone and Fax Number
- Reason for Specialist Visit
